• 1 cup canned coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (or to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey


Whip in blender and pour into dessert cups. Chill for 15 minutes. Top with fresh berries and nuts or seeds. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
